The Philippines is actively seeking to attract investments from Southeast Asia’s pension funds, which collectively hold approximately $1.3 trillion in assets. This initiative comes as the country assumes the chairmanship of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Social Security Association; a non-governmental organization focused on enhancing social security systems across the region.
